PDC Coilmac EX Pro

The Coilmac Ex Pro has a heavy duty electric motor that will punch a maximum of 25 sheets of 80gsm stock at a time. Fully disengageble pins allow punching of various paper sizes and eliminates half holes on the edge of the paper. When using the locator pin at the end of the punching throat the existing 343mm punching width can be extended up to a possible 606mm. The oval hole shape (4 x 5mm) means that insertion of all coil sizes becomes a lot more simple than the traditional round hole pattern, and that pages in the finished document turn easily. Once the document has been punched and the coil inserted the Coilmac EX Pro electric crimper will finish the ends of the coil with a perfect cut and crimp. • Electric Coil Crimper: Adjustable (integral) coil crimper can cut and crimp coils from 6 to 50mm.

• Electric Coil Inserter. On/Off switch and adjustable bottom roller gives you the flexibility to insert small and large coils.

• Heavy Duty Punch Motor. All metal machine punches up to a maximum of 25 sheets of 80gsm paper.

• Fully Disengageable Pins. All 54 pins can be independently pulled and disengaged, for a clean and professional oval hole punch of any paper size

The Coilmac EX Pro has electric foot pedal operated punching, and as you would expect 4:1" pitch ( 4x 5mm) Oval holes, for faster insertion of the coils. With the document punched, the fully adjustable and powerful twin rollers offer effortless coil insertion. Then to finish the process, the integral electric coil crimping unit will cut and bend the ends of the coil, ensuring a perfect and professionally finished document every time.
