Terms & Conditions
By ordering any goods from PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd the person(s), firm or company from whom an order to supply goods is received by PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd will be deemed to accept that these Conditions take precedence over any other conditions contained on or in any letter, order form, acceptance form, receipt or the like received by PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd in connection with the goods so ordered and that no such other conditions will form part of the contract between PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd and the Buyer (the "Contract"), unless specifically agreed in writing by a director of PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd. These Conditions apply to all PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd sales of goods, and the Buyer and PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd agree that any variation of these Conditions and any representations about the goods shall have no effect unless expressly agreed in writing by a director of PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd. Where the goods and services are sold under a consumer sale (as defined by the Sale of Goods Act 1979) the statutory rights of the Buyer are not affected by these Conditions.
1. Prices & payment: All our prices are shown exclusive of Value Added Tax and carriage. Where necessary, due to factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to amend prices or products without prior notification.
2. Shortages or damage: must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.
3. Non delivery of part or the whole of an order must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of invoice.
4. Proofs: Where artwork in whatever format is submitted for customer approval, we shall not incur any liability for errors not corrected by the customer. Any alterations to the original copy are deemed authors corrections and will be chargeable.
5. Materials supplied by the customer: We reserve the right to reject material including artwork which in our opinion is unsuitable: any additional costs involved in correcting such material will be chargeable.
6. Returns: Incorrectly ordered stock items in unmarked packaging may be returned at our discretion, subject to a 20% restocking charge. Where damage has occurred to any returned goods whatsoever they may be, whether to the packaging or the goods contained therein PDC reserve the right to apply further charges to rectify the loss suffered.
7. No claim: Will be considered for loss or damage in excess of the value of goods dispatched which arises out of negligence by us or that of our carriers or any other cause whatsoever.
8. Printed and/or special orders: Every endeavour is made to supply the specified quantities, however, we reserve the right to supply +/- 10% and invoice accordingly.
9. Terms: Subject to a successful credit application terms will be strictly net 30 days, alternatively payment can be made by cleared cheque, electronic transfer or credit/debit cards (excluding American Express and Diners Club).
10. Interest: Failure to meet the payment terms may result in interest being charged to the account under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998.
11. Machinery: All loan and/or demonstration equipment (including packaging) supplied is entirely the responsibility of the customer or prospective customer. Any loss of or damage to equipment/packaging and/or replacement parts that may be required will be chargeable.
12. Goods supplied: Remain the property of the PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd until such time as they are paid for. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd until full payment has been received from the buyer ( each order being considered a whole). In the event of non payment, PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior resale, in which case PDC Presentation Solutions Ltd shall be entitled to the proceeds of resale in the hands of the buyer or any liquidation, receiver or trustee in bankruptcy of the buyer.
13. Minimum Order: Value £50.00, delivery will be charged on all orders under £200.00.
