What Options Are Available?

Some of the many support contract choices available are detailed below; you choose the options that best suit your business to produce a bespoke service agreement that meets your needs exactly.
  • You choose the length of cover that you require (12 months minimum)
  • You choose the guaranteed call out time you require. Anything between 8 to 24 hours, you decide.
  • Unlimited call outs or a specified number.
  • Unlimited telephone support.
  • Operator training.
  • No Labour costs.
  • No travel costs.
  • No parts costs or parts supplied at cost.
  • Planned preventative maintenance call outs.
  • Loan equipment if your equipment has to be returned to our workshops.
  • Where Guillotines are covered, safety checks, blade changes and sharpening are included within the contract.
  • PAT testing if required.
  • Guaranteed discount on all new equipment purchased through PDC.

PDC Technicians are qualified to maintain any Offline Binding, Finishing or Laminating system, so why not let them maintain all your equipment' A PDC Bulk Agreement means one call for all maintenance, one renewal date to remember, and consistent levels of maintenance. This ensures your equipment is fully optimised at all times.

 

As with all aspects of PDC Planned Maintenance you have a choice of payment terms to suit your business.

 

 

How do I pay?

 

Direct Debit:

 

Our Direct Debit scheme is the most popular method of payment. Paying by Direct Debit will automatically reduce your cover costs by up to 15%. Direct Debit allows you to choose the frequency of payment; monthly, quarterly or annually. Using Direct Debit will also mean that you can budget more accurately and if at any stage you wish to cancel the agreement, add another machine or even remove a machine, this can be done immediately (subject to 1 months written notice). Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee scheme.

Should you wish to opt for an annual 30 day invoice, then we are happy to supply this.
