Digital Publishers, Forward Press of Peterborough have recently installed an automated punching and Coil insertion system. PDC supplied an Alphadoc auto punch and the PDC 3000QS auto Coil inserter. With punching speeds of 46,000 sheets per hour with the Alphadoc and the 3000QS automated insertion and crimping of up to 300 books per hour, Forward Press are set to make significant inroads into the lucrative Coil binding market.
