Two Years Free Service:

The two years free service applies to the HD7000 & OD4012 Rhin-O-Tuff punching units only (excludes die sections) and is available until May 31st 2007. 

Scope of Cover: Cover for the OD4012 and HD7000 starts from the date of installation and runs for a full 24 months, during this period your normal warranties for parts (12months) and labour (90 days) are unaffected, cover includes:

  • 2 Free call out’s per annum*.
  • Maximum 8 hour call out time.
  • No travel charges.
  • No labour charges.
  • Parts charged at cost plus 12% handling (parts do not include die sets or parts thereof).
  • Guaranteed 20% discount on any additional equipment purchased.

*PLEASE NOTE: Cost of call outs currently £89.00 + Vat so total value of 4 calls £356.00 + vat. Any calls in addition to the stated 4 call outs will be charged at a reduced (current rate) of £45.00 + Vat.

Other Options: PDC perfect document creation offer a range of service cover options to suit all business types. Our fully trained technical staff is able to maintain and repair most offline binding, finishing and laminating systems.

Bulk Agreements: PDC Bulk agreements are the most cost effective way of looking after all your equipment under one agreement.  PDC, simply draw up a free of charge asset register detailing the make, model and serial number of each machine you require under agreement. We then work with you to establish the type of cover that suits your business (call out times, level of response, parts inclusive, operator training, etc) and submit a total cost for all your equipment. Covering your equipment this way gives you an easily managed maintenance agreement, with consistent and easily monitored levels of support, one renewal date and one number to call.

Payment Terms: Payment terms are easy as well; you can opt for any method that suits your budget. Annual billing, or monthly/quarterly Direct Debit payments. Direct debit payment gives you the option to vary the range of equipment under cover at any time during the agreement, so if you wish to add or remove equipment the agreement can be adjusted at any time. Equally importantly, under the Direct Debit scheme, you have the right to cancel the agreement at any time, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the level of our support.
